Hiring for Sharepoint Developer- BangaloreJob Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and maintain customized SharePoint solutions tailored to our business needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with both classic and modern SharePoint frameworks, and a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy custom SharePoint Online and on-premises solutions.Create and maintain workflows using Power Automate and/or SharePoint Designer.Build responsive and user-friendly pages using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS.Integrate SharePoint with external systems using REST APIs, CSOM, and Power Platform tools.Customize document libraries, lists, web parts, and site templates to meet business requirements.Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements to existing SharePoint sites and applications.Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Ensure SharePoint governance policies and security practices are followed.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.2+ years of experience in SharePoint development (Online and/or On-Premises).Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS.Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, site collections, permissions, and workflows.Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and REST services.Experience in developing custom solutions using .NET/C# is a plus.Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Preferred Qualifications:Microsoft Certified: Power Platform or SharePoint certification.Experience with SharePoint migration tools (ShareGate, Metalogix, etc.).Knowledge of Azure AD and Microsoft 365 administration.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance bonusesFlexible working hours and remote work optionsHealth, dental, and vision insuranceProfessional development support (training, certifications)401(k) or retirement plan options
