- We expect candidates to possess excellent communication and articulation skills, customer engagement and relationship building, and interpersonal skills to work with a diverse customer base.
- Graduate-level degree in any field
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (Marathi is optional - for Mumbai)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
