Job Description / Key Responsibilities- Develop the long-term E-Commerce strategy aligned with overall organizational goals, past performance, growth projections, and customer expectations.- Assess business risks, analyze impact, and design mitigation strategies for the E-Commerce business.- Keep abreast of industry best practices, innovations, and global trends; evaluate feasibility and drive implementation within the organization.- Formulate business plans for the E-Commerce channel covering revenue growth (volumes, profitability, key accounts, customer base), delivery performance, reach enhancement, and network optimization.- Monitor performance against set targets/benchmarks, identify deviations, and drive corrective actions.- Review and monitor sales growth and profitability vis- vis targets; implement measures to reduce variances.- Evaluate profitability of all SKUs and key accounts periodically, identify issues, and implement plans to achieve profitability goals.- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts; ensure frameworks are in place to support customer visits, audits, and compliance with performance requirements.- Drive the development and execution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all operational areas (on-time delivery, customer acquisition, customer experience, etc.).- Conduct regular goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions for team members to ensure alignment and growth.Knowledge / Experience- Minimum 6 years of experience in E-Commerce operations and strategy.- Proven expertise in driving growth and profitability in the textile industry or related sectors.Skills :- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Strategic planning and business acumen- Leadership and team development- Generic planning and execution- Project scope control (ref:updazz.com)
