Reports To: Regional Sales Manager / Area Sales HeadKey Responsibilities:Drive sales of vehicle loans (new and used) through dealers, DSA, and direct sourcingDevelop and manage relationships with automobile dealers, brokers, and channel partnersAchieve monthly and quarterly disbursement and revenue targetsConduct market analysis and identify potential customers and business opportunitiesLead a team of Sales Officers/Executives, set targets, and monitor performanceEnsure proper documentation and compliance for loan processingCoordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams to ensure smooth disbursalMonitor portfolio performance and maintain healthy asset qualityOrganize promotional activities and campaigns to generate leadsProvide regular reports and feedback to senior managementQualifications and Skills:Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Finance, or related field3β6 years of experience in vehicle finance sales (NBFC/BFSI preferred)Strong knowledge of auto loan products, market trends, and credit policiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsAbility to build and manage teams and channel partnersProficient in MS Office and CRM tools
