If you have a strong background in vehicle finance, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving business growth — this is the opportunity for you!🔑 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and manage the entire sales and operations team
✅ Drive disbursement growth and expand dealer/DSA network
✅ Ensure portfolio quality – collections, bounce rates & NPAs
✅ Collaborate with credit, risk, and compliance departments
✅ Present business performance reports to MD/JMD🎯 Ideal Candidate:8+ years of experience in Vehicle/Two Wheeler FinanceStrong network of dealers and channel partnersProven experience in team management and business scalingExcellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
