Achieve sales and revenue targets by expanding the client base.
Prepare and execute business plans to enter new markets.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.2. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Represent the brand in client meetings, exhibitions, and trade shows.3. Market Research & StrategyConduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
Provide insights on product development and customer preferences.
Work with the marketing team to design campaigns and promotional activities.4. Brand & Product PromotionPromote the company’s jewellery collections to target customers.
Collaborate with the design and merchandising team for customized offerings.
Participate in exhibitions, fashion/jewellery shows, and corporate events.5. Reporting & CoordinationPrepare sales forecasts, business reports, and performance analysis for management.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for smooth execution of orders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal/regulatory requirements.Key Skills & Competencies:Strong business development and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Market knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery (domestic & international).
Analytical and strategic thinking ability.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven personality.Educational & Experience Requirements:Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of experience in business development/sales (preferably in jewellery, luxury, or retail industry).
Proven track record of achieving sales growth and expanding markets.
Experience in international markets and exports is an added advantage.
