We are expanding our international team and looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive new client growth.🌐📍 Location: Sector 49, Gurugram💼 Position: Remote - Shift Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM IST🧠 Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales (preferably in outsourcing/call center/)🔑Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunitiesGenerate leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, Apollo, Crunchbase, etc.Conduct market research and industry analysisBuild strong client relationships and deliver proposals/presentationsCommunicate service value and provide excellent supportStay updated on trends in the BPO/call center industryThis job includes occasional business tripsRequirements
  • Proven B2B sales and client acquisition experience in outsourcing/call centers
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and lead gen platforms
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Languages: Hindi, English – both professional on level
