  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
  • Proven expertise in:
  • Automotive sector
  • EV Infrastructure
  • EV Connectors / Inlets / Components
  • EV Charging Equipment
(Note: Experience in EV Battery is not applicable for this role) * Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, E&TC, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or Mechanical
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
  • Track record in business development execution
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical ability to assess and interpret market trends
  • Target-driven with proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to guide and motivate teams
RequirementsRole & Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the sales strategy for the EV Connectors segment
  • Drive business with EV charger manufacturers, automotive OEMs, and EV infrastructure clients
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and manage key accounts
  • Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams for product promotion and go-to-market plans
  • Deliver sales forecasts, market insights, and reports to management
  • Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums
  • Stay updated on EV trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory landscape
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the EV segment sales team to achieve targets
