- Track record in business development execution
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

- Target-driven with proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Demonstrated leadership skills to guide and motivate teams
- Define and lead the sales strategy for the EV Connectors segment
- Drive business with EV charger manufacturers, automotive OEMs, and EV infrastructure clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and manage key accounts
- Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams for product promotion and go-to-market plans
- Deliver sales forecasts, market insights, and reports to management
- Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums
- Stay updated on EV trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory landscape
