  • Proficient in analyzing policies and processes and identifying areas for improvement within government and public sector frameworks. Strong capability in developing actionable strategies that align with organizational goals and drive transformation initiatives. Experienced in facilitating stakeholder workshops to understand requirements and translate them into consultancy deliverables. Solid knowledge of project management methodologies to ensure timely and successful project execution. Ability to leverage industry best practices to enhance consulting frameworks and deliver high-quality solutions.
