  • Demonstrated ability to assess and analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities. Proficiency in documenting and mapping current state processes to support transformation initiatives. Experience in developing and presenting actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Strong understanding of change management principles to drive successful project outcomes. Ability to utilize project management tools and methodologies to ensure timely delivery of consulting engagements.
