This role will sit at the intersection of product, CRM, and growth, driving initiatives that turn first-time users into long-term loyal customers.Skills & Qualification4-7 years of experience in growth, retention, or CRM-focused roles (startup/consumer tech preferred)Strong analytical foundation with hands-on experience in cohort analysis, LTV/CAC modelling, and funnel optimizationProven experience in CRM automation, lifecycle marketing, and product-led retention strategiesComfort working with SQL, dashboards (Tableau/Looker/Amplitude), and attribution toolsAbility to collaborate across product, data, design, and business teams to drive outcomesHustler mindset with bias for experimentation, measurement, and iterationResponsibilitiesProduct-led Retention: Lead initiatives like subscription models, discounting systems, and the Punya Mudra revamp.Customer Insights & Analytics: Build and monitor LTV/CAC models across category, deity, channel, SKU, platform, and city to inform business decisions.Cohort Strategy: Conduct customer cohort analysis (repeat, dormant, lapsed) and design strategies to improve repeat MTUs.Lifecycle Management: Develop automated journeys and personalized lifecycle communications in collaboration with CRM and product teams.Retention Infrastructure: Partner with data and product to set up churn modelling, retention dashboards, and attribution frameworks.Experimentation & Growth Levers: Launch new growth levers such as dynamic personalization messaging systems and reactivation hooks.Key DeliverablesImprovement in product-led retention metricsRetention Trends Dashboard for daily consumptionPRD rollouts and post go-live tracking for critical retention features
