1. Digital Strategy & Planning:- Platform Selection: Strategize and select the most effective digital platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) to reach and engage the target audience, with a special focus on the product's new category.- Media Mix: Plan and execute a diverse media strategy utilizing various content formats, including video, audio, graphics, and blog posts.- Messaging: Develop and refine compelling messaging that resonates with the target audience across all platforms and content types.- Budget Management: Propose, manage, and optimize the digital advertising budget for maximum return on investment.- Roadmap & Execution: Create a detailed marketing roadmap and lead the execution of all digital marketing initiatives.2. Content & Community Engagement:- User-Generated Content (UGC): Develop and implement campaigns to encourage and curate user-generated content, leveraging customer testimonials and success stories.- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with existing registered users, ensuring high levels of engagement and retention.- Agency Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for external agencies, such as graphic design or video production firms, to ensure the timely and high-quality development of marketing assets.- AI Tool Integration: Utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist in the creation of graphical content, a/b testing, and campaign optimization, ensuring a data-driven approach.3. Performance Analysis & Optimization:- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on various platforms with different content, messaging, and ad creatives to identify the most effective strategies.- Performance Metrics: Regularly analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of all campaigns.- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.4. Product Category Launch:- Launch Strategy: Develop a comprehensive marketing plan for the new product category, including a pre-launch, launch, and post-launch strategy.- Conduct Webinars: Do the product demonstrations over webinar or in physical space to understand customer's expectations and needs. - Target Audience Identification: Conduct market research to identify the ideal target audience for the new product and tailor all marketing efforts accordingly.- This role requires a blend of creative thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on execution.
