Support Cost & FTE Management which includes maintenance of hiring pipeline & other FTE housekeeping activities. Support various planning rounds incl. adjustments of planning scenarios, alignment with global planning team including uploading plan in system Cost Deep dives and providing Commentaries on ExCo / Monthly Review Meetings. Support / run specific cost driver analysis and working closely with the Marketing team to manage cost targets. Project can be with specific focus or could have global background and across different regions. Additionally, the role requires taking up wider responsibilities on number of topics within PB and as per management priorities. Your skills and experience Excellent stakeholder management, strong communication skills and escalation management Thorough understanding of financial concepts in banking industry and can provide management with insightful analysis. Ability to constructively challenge senior colleagues. Ability to manage team and provide career guidance. In depth experience in budgeting and forecasting of cost and FTE's. Strong analytical, writing and communication skills Personal characteristics: Graduation from top management college or Chartered Accountant Ability to work independently as well as flexibly within intra or inter-departmental groups.
