- You will be responsible for senior stakeholder management, creating high quality management materials – analytics, Management Information (MI) reports, deck – to support management decision making process sometimes on an adhoc basis
- Preparation of Cost Forecast documents and Forecast calls: Coordination, review financials, provide succinct commentaries for Senior management & uploads.
- Support Cost & FTE Management which includes maintenance of hiring pipeline & other FTE housekeeping activities.
- Support various planning rounds incl. adjustments of planning scenarios, alignment with global planning team including uploading plan in system
- Cost Deep dives and providing Commentaries on ExCo / Monthly Review Meetings.
- Support / run specific cost driver analysis and working closely with the Marketing team to manage cost targets.
- Project can be with specific focus or could have global background and across different regions.
- Additionally, the role requires taking up wider responsibilities on number of topics within PB and as per management priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, strong communication skills and escalation management
- Thorough understanding of financial concepts in banking industry and can provide management with insightful analysis.
- Ability to constructively challenge senior colleagues.
- Ability to manage team and provide career guidance.
- In depth experience in budgeting and forecasting of cost and FTE’s.
- Strong analytical, writing and communication skills
- Graduation from top management college or Chartered Accountant
- Ability to work independently as well as flexibly within intra or inter-departmental groups.
