- Collaborate with the partner organizations and SCO functional teams to understand key requirements and develop tailored supply chain solutions for membership firms.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for client or project specific assignments/RFPs.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools such as PowerBI to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights.
- Design and automate data reporting processes to streamline operations and enhance decision-making capabilities.
- Develop and deliver high-quality RFP (Request for Proposal) responses that effectively showcase our company's capabilities and value proposition.
- Create compelling presentations and sales collateral using PowerPoint to articulate complex concepts and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Drive innovation and creative ideation by proposing novel approaches and strategies to solve clients' supply chain challenges.
- Take ownership of projects and initiatives, demonstrating a high level of self-motivation, and accountability.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain management to continuously enhance expertise and add value to client engagements.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in supply chain consulting, presales, or a related role, with a strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as PowerBI, Excel, and Power Automate (formerly known as Microsoft Flow).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions.
- Experience in RFP response creation and proposal development is highly desirable.
