Mentor and guide development teams
Drive architecture, design, and technical decision-making
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality AI/ML solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements
Oversee development, deployment, and scaling of AI systems
Maintain coding standards and engineering best practices
Conduct code reviews and ensure quality output
Drive innovation and continuous improvementRequired Skills & Competencies8–13 years of overall experience in software development
4–5 years of recent hands-on Python experience (mandatory)
3–4 years of leadership/project management experience
Experience delivering AI/ML solutions in production
Strong knowledge of Data Science (analysis, modeling, evaluation)
Understanding of AI system architecture and integrations
Strong problem-solving and system design skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Ability to align business goals with technical solutionsPreferred SkillsExperience with LLMs / Generative AI
Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP
Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
