We are looking for a proactive Project Manager with Business Analyst skills who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions while ensuring smooth project execution. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills along with hands-on business analysis experience.Tasks

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for the development team.
Create user stories, workflows, and process diagrams to support requirements.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, QA, and business stakeholders).
Track project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in project management and business analysis.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Trello, or other project management tools.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

Certification in PMP, Scrum Master, or Business Analysis (CBAP/CCBA).
Experience working in IT/software development projects.
