ELECTRICIAN/FOREMAN ELECTRICAL POWER PLANT FOR STEEL MANUFACTURING - RAIPUR , CHHATTISGARH

• Supervision & Leadership: Lead and manage teams of electricians, providing technical guidance, scheduling daily work, assigning tasks, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols (e.g., Lockout/Tagout).
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform complex diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on power generation equipment, switchgear, transformers, and electrical distribution systems to minimize downtime.
• Installation & Testing: Oversee the installation, calibration, and testing of new electrical components and machinery in compliance with electrical codes and blueprints.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce company HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure all work is documented, including incident reporting.
• Resource Management: Plan, prepare, and manage electrical project resources, including tools, materials, and spare parts. Order supplies as needed.

• Education/Training: High school diploma, completion of a recognized electrician apprenticeship, and relevant technical training.
• Experience: Generally 5-8+ years of industrial experience, with previous experience in a power plant or heavy industrial environment preferred.
• Licensure: Valid Electrician License (e.g., Journeyman or Master license).
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), instrumentation, and troubleshooting.
• Soft Skills: Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to work under pressure.

• This is a physically demanding role requiring work in varying environmental conditions (hot, noisy, high-voltage areas).
• Availability for shift work, weekends, and on-call for emergency repairs.
