We’re looking for a highly skilled Video Editor with 5+ years of experience who’s not just technically sharp, but also passionate about gaming culture. The ideal candidate is a team player, a quick learner, and someone who understands the fast-paced world of esports. You'll play a key role in shaping our visual identity across platforms through gameplay highlights, event recaps, promotional videos, player profiles, and more.Key Responsibilities:
- Edit high-impact videos for tournaments, livestreams, promos, social media, and YouTube content.
- Create engaging cuts from raw gameplay, player cams, VODs, and in-game footage.
- Collaborate with content team, marketing teams, and casters to build compelling narratives.
- Add dynamic motion graphics, effects, and sound design that resonate with the gaming audience.
- Ensure quick turnaround times while maintaining high-quality output.
- Stay on top of esports trends, meme culture, platform algorithms, and content
- 5+ years of hands-on video editing experience (bonus if in esports/gaming). Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, photoshop or similar tools.
- Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling – especially for high-energy gaming content.
- Ability to thrive in a team-driven, fast-paced production environment.
- Creative thinker, quick to adapt and experiment with trends.
- Experience working in event companies, especially those handling esports or gaming activations.
- Advanced sound design and audio editing capabilities.
- Basic skills in 3D animation or motion graphics.
- Being a gamer yourself – you know the vibe, the memes, and the hype.
- Love for memes, montage edits, and highlight reels.
