We’re hiring Creative Video Editors & Editor/Directors with a strong motion design eye, storytelling skills, and deep interest in AI tools. This is a fast-paced, high-output role where you'll help craft compelling, short-form video campaigns powered by generative AI and driven by user data.Key Responsibilities
Video Editing & AI Integration
- Edit 4–5 short-form (15-sec) attention-grabbing videos daily.
- Use Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop, and generative AI tools like Runway, Pika, D-ID, Synthesia, Midjourney, and ElevenLabs.
- Integrate face synthesis, voiceovers, AI-generated visuals, and motion graphics into dynamic content.
- Design videos using user data for hyper-personalised storytelling.
- Interpret creative briefs and scripts into visual assets with strong engagement value.
- Work with creative directors, producers, and motion designers to execute fast- turnaround edits.
- Brainstorm and pitch novel formats, styles, and content hooks.
- Follow streamlined, AI-augmented workflows to dramatically reduce editing time and cost (up to 500%).
- Stay updated with new tools, trends, and best practices in AI-led content creation.
- Recommend process enhancements and tool innovations for better speed and quality.
- 2–5 years of experience in video editing, advertising, or content marketing.
- SUPER VERSED with Premiere/DaVinci, Photoshop, and Gen-AI tools.
