We are hiring a Executive Assistant in Ahmedabad.Key Responsibilities1. Calendar & Schedule Management Manage and or Coordinationganize Director’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments. Prioritise meetings based on business importance and urgency. Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation bookings.2. Communication & Coordination Act as a primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. Draft emails, presentations, reports, and official correspondence. Ensure timely communication and follow-ups on business commitments.3. Meeting & Documentation Management Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and supporting documents. Attend meetings, record minutes, and track action items. Maintain confidential files, business records, and reports.4. Business & Operational Support Assist in monitoring ongoing projects and tracking deadlines. Coordinate with departments for data collection, reports, and MIS preparation. Support strategic initiatives and business planning activities.5. Travel & Event Coordination Manage domestic and international travel planning. Coordinate business events, leadership meetings, and corporate visits.6. Confidentiality & Compliance Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company protocols.Required Skills & Competencies Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of confidentiality and professionalism. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in MS Office, presentations, and reporting tools.Educational QualificationGraduate / MBA / Postgraduate in Management, Administration, or related field preferred.
