Troubleshooting of complex LAN/WAN infrastructure. Setup and maintained LAN connectivity and Wireless networks. Ticketing Tool -Manage Engine Service Desk plus,Track SLAs,OLAs, proactively. Experience in Active Directory- Creating and adding Users in OU, groups, Unlocking and reset Password, Backup, etc. Providing IT Security System Awareness to the Organization users.
