  • Competence in compensation analysis to assess and develop competitive remuneration packages that attract and retain top talent.
  • Effective recruitment skills, focusing on sourcing, evaluating, and hiring candidates who align with the company's values and requirements.
  • Experience in onboarding processes to smoothly integrate new employees into the organizational culture and operational framework.
  • Skills in employee retention strategies to foster a committed and engaged workforce, reducing turnover and enhancing productivity.
