- Inventory management as per target and classification
- Delivery fulfillment for direct & indirect material availability
- Samples ordering mgmt. & co-ordinate with CFT for on time delivery at plant.
- Shipment tracking from Supplier end & Supplier capacity mgmt.
- Liasoning with Central logistics in Germany/Japan to maintain and improvement of system.
- Coordination with GS/OSD-IN team for import/export clearance, documentation.
- Expert in SAP MM module, BPS, knowledge of lean mfg. processes (Kanban, JIT etc.)
- MIS for monthly Freight & inventory
- Usage of CP PILUM for capacity tracking at suppliers
- Escalations to the right groups for critical issues
- Plant representative for bottle neck management
