
Sales Enablement Specialist

- Manage a dedicated customer portfolio and act as the primary contact for sales escalations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Handle internal sales processes and respond to customer requests (e.g., samples, documentation, surveys)
- Resolve escalated issues such as supply disruptions, product returns, and pricing disputes
- Analyze data to support sales strategies and generate actionable insights
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Receivables to meet customer needs
- Lead or support initiatives to automate workflows and improve communication
- Provide first-level support for CRM and pricing tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Represent the Sales function during audits and internal assessments
- Job location is Bengaluru
- Bachelor/Master of Engineering degree and score 70% and above (equivalent CGPA)
- Minimum 2 years to maximum 5 years of relevant experience required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Responsible for managing sales operations or coordinating inside sales efforts
- Strong prioritization skills in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Ability to build rapport quickly and engage with diverse stakeholders
- Confident in decision-making and navigating ambiguity
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus
- Exposure to external stakeholders and market dynamics
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation potential
- Interest in leading process improvement and automation efforts
- Proactive and self-motivated with strong ownership of tasks
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
