Should beable to handle HRMS and prepare MIS reports and dashboards.Key Responsibilities:● Manage office operations, HR and admin tasks on a day-to-day basis.● Driving recruitments of the company for various positions.● Coordinating with empaneled recruitment consultants.● Coordinating with various HODs to understand the requirement and preparing JD.● Responsible for the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to closure till onboarding.● Vendor Management - Effective coordination with various vendors related to HR andAdministration.● Managing Housekeeping and Cleaning Staff. Office upkeep and maintenance.● Ordering and managing office supplies. Ensuring office assets are functional and up todate.● Stock Management - Stationery, Laptops, IT assets, Fire extinguishers, CCTV etc.● Liasoning with various government authorities as and when required.● Driving Campus Recruitments. Coordinating with placement committees of the collegesand universities.● Assisting other members of the Personnel department as and when required.● Coordinating office maintenance and repairs. Extend support in Plant HR Operations.● Assisting in payroll management and working closely with other members of the Personneldepartment.● Executing other HR and Admin related duties as assigned by the reporting manager.Other Requirement - Male candidates preferred. Experience in a manufacturing company will bean added advantage.
