Key Responsibilities :-*1. Recruitment Support:Assist in posting job ads on various platforms.Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.Conduct initial screening of resumes.Maintain candidate databases.2. Employee Onboarding:Help with the onboarding process of new hires (documentation, orientation, etc.).Prepare employee files and ensure all HR records are up to date.3. HR Operations:Maintain attendance and leave records.Salary Process and payroll preparation and coordination with finance if needed.Help in processing employee requests regarding HR policies, benefits, etc.4. Compliance & Documentation:Ensure proper maintenance of employee records (digitally or physically).Support in implementing HR policies and ensuring legal compliance.5.
