Job Description :Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive/Assistant Manager in the HR department to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of HR processes, and the ability to effectively balance talent acquisition and compliance functions.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment:
  • Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new hires.
Compliance:
  • Supervise statutory compliance related to labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other applicable acts.
  • Coordinate with consultants/agencies to ensure timely filing of returns and compliance adherence.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in HR audits and ensure proper documentation as per company policies.
Statutory & Legal Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws such as Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.
  • Handle EPF (Provident Fund), ESI (Employee State Insurance), LWF (Labour Welfare Fund), and other statutory requirements.
  • Manage labor license renewals, registrations, and inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with contract labor regulations.
Payroll & Compensation Compliance:
  • Manage TDS, Professional Tax, and other deductions.
  • Handle full & final settlement as per statutory rules.
  • Maintain payroll records for audits.
Policies & Internal Compliance:
  • Draft HR policies in line with employment laws.
  • Ensure employee contracts, appointment letters, and NDAs are legally compliant.
  • Implement working hours, leave, and overtime rules as per law.
General HR Support:
  • Provide support in HR operations, employee engagement, and policy implementation when required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth HR process execution.
RequirementsRequirements:
  • Education: MBA-HR
  • Experience: 6 years and above
