Manage bottlenecks and supply chain crisisInventory Management - Calculate & maintain ideal inventory as per production plan forecast (coverage days, ageing, blocked stock) and logistic costs (freight cost reduction).Adapt to planning standards. Contribute to standardization of planning processes in line with global planning standards.Develop/Use digital reports, planning tools and bots to reduce repetitive planning tasks and increase planning efficiency.Monitor supplier delivery performance and asses the risk. Inform leadership team (as per escalation matrix) to seek appropriate management interventions / decisions.Obtain collaboration with plant functions, value stream owner and purchasing.
