Deliver sales forecasts, reports, and business insights to senior management.
Play an advisory role to the sales team by suggesting strategies, tools, and best practices to boost individual and team performance.
Ensure adherence to sales policies, ethical practices, and compliance requirements.Required Qualifications & SkillsGraduate in any discipline; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in sales.
Proven experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage sales teams of varying sizes and across different regions.
Strong business acumen with excellent strategic thinking, planning, and execution skills.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and sales reporting systems.
