We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Service Head to lead our operations at Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, service excellence, and team management across multiple product lines including Mahindra, Fiori, Chicago Pneumatic (CP), and BKT Tyres.Key Responsibilities
Lead sales and service operations for construction equipment and allied products.
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve monthly/annual revenue & service targets.
Manage dealer/distributor relationships, key accounts, and customer retention.
Oversee after-sales service operations ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Drive cross-selling opportunities across Mahindra, Fiori, CP & BKT Tyres portfolio.
Recruit, train, and manage sales & service teams for optimum performance.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide business insights.
Ensure timely service delivery, AMC compliance, and spare parts availability.
Coordinate with principals and OEMs for business alignment.
Candidate RequirementsExperience: 8–10 years in construction equipment industry (mandatory).Proven expertise with Mahindra, Fiori, CP, and BKT Tyres product lines.
Strong leadership skills with ability to manage sales & service teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to handle P&L responsibilities at a branch/regional level.
Engineering background (Mechanical / Automobile) preferred.Compensation
Salary: â‚ą60,000+ per month (based on experience & performance).
