Title of job -MDM Data Analyst - Data Steward Lead - 8+ Years - BangaloreSummary -We are seeking an experienced MDM Data Analyst / Data Steward Lead to manage and improve master data quality across the organization. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to define data requirements, implement governance policies, and maintain data accuracy using leading MDM tools. Become the subject matter expert for the assigned data domain and oversee data quality initiatives.
Understand all source systems feeding into the MDM and write stewardship documentation for the domain.
Develop rules and standards for data within the MDM tool, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks.
Perform deduplication projects to create golden records and improve overall data integrity.
Generate measures of improvement and share insights with business teams to demonstrate data quality enhancements.

Requirements -

Proficiency in MDM tools and technologies such as Informatica MDM, CluedIn, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, data governance, and data quality principles.
Experience in designing and maintaining master data management systems including data cleansing and validation activities.
Excellent analytical skills, communication, and collaboration capabilities for stakeholder engagement.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field. Certification in MDM (e.g., Certified MDM Professional) is a plus.
