Planning Manager (Estimation, Billing & Design) Job Summary: As a Planning Lead - Design, Estimation & Billing, you will be a key player in Managing the estimation and billing processes for projects within the organization Developing accurate project cost estimates, overseeing project budgets, and ensuring seamless billing procedures Demands a deep understanding of project planning, cost analysis, and billing practices specifically tailored to business operations. Responsibilities: Project Estimation: Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements, specification and Collaborate closely with engineering and project management teams to gather project-specific information for accurate cost projections. Work closely with project managers and finance teams to implement corrective actions and maintain budget compliance. Billing Coordination: Oversee the billing process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual agreements and company's billing procedures. Collaborate with project teams to gather pertinent billing information and supporting documentation. Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile billing records and resolve any billing-related issues. Design: Collaborate with the design team to create innovative and functional designs for construction or engineering projects. Ensure that design concepts meet project requirements, industry standards, and regulations. Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and other documentation. Qualifications: Civil Engineering is must with 10+ years of experience Proven experience in project estimation, budget management, and billing and proficiency in project management tools, estimation software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical, team management and problem-solving skills. Candidates with experience in Site/Plant/Green field/brown field projects is preferred
