- 2. Banking & Credit Facilities: Correspondence with banks and financial institutions for credit arrangements. Preparation and submission of required bank reports, stock statements, and financial documentation. Managing fund-based and non-fund-based credit facilities.
- 3. LC Handling & Bill Discounting: Processing of Letter of Credit (LC) transactions, including documentation and coordination with banks. Managing bill discounting and other trade finance instruments.
- 4. Compliance & Reporting: Ensuring adherence to banking regulations and company financial policies. Preparing financial statements and reports as required by banks and management. Coordinating with auditors and consultants for financial due diligence.
- Skills & Qualifications: Education: CA-IPCC, BCOM/MCOM.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in banking finance, working capital, and project finance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial analysis, banking correspondence, and credit appraisal.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical skills, and ability to liaise with banks and stakeholders.
- Preferred Candidates: Prior experience in manufacturing or related industries.
- Hands-on experience with financial documentation and compliance.
