• 2. Banking & Credit Facilities:  Correspondence with banks and financial institutions for credit arrangements.  Preparation and submission of required bank reports, stock statements, and financial documentation.  Managing fund-based and non-fund-based credit facilities.
• 3. LC Handling & Bill Discounting:  Processing of Letter of Credit (LC) transactions, including documentation and coordination with banks.  Managing bill discounting and other trade finance instruments.
• 4. Compliance & Reporting:  Ensuring adherence to banking regulations and company financial policies.  Preparing financial statements and reports as required by banks and management.  Coordinating with auditors and consultants for financial due diligence.
• Skills & Qualifications:  Education: CA-IPCC, BCOM/MCOM.
•  Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in banking finance, working capital, and project finance.
•  Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial analysis, banking correspondence, and credit appraisal.
•  Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical skills, and ability to liaise with banks and stakeholders.
• Preferred Candidates:  Prior experience in manufacturing or related industries.
•  Hands-on experience with financial documentation and compliance.
