  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex business scenarios to provide strategic consulting solutions. Proficient in project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of transformation initiatives. Experienced in stakeholder engagement to drive consensus and align project objectives with business goals. Ability to leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize transformation processes. Strong understanding of the public sector landscape to tailor consulting approaches effectively.
