Responsibilities:1 Define manufacturing process and development of new parts, sub assembly and assembly.2 CNC programming and parts prove out on CNC machines with first time right concept.3 Selection of cutting tools and prove out on machines.4 Jigs, Fixture & gauges design and manufacturing.5 Problem solving & trouble shooting.6 First part approval form customer.7 Process documentation as per quality systems.8 Process improvement & cycle time reduction.9 Prepare monthly reports.Qualifications:BE MechanicalMinimum of 12-14 years related experience 路 Team LeaderAnalytical Skills. Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
