- Ownership of the culture strategy for the brands via the relevant passion points and teaming up with the right partners spanning OTT, creators/celebs/influencers, events and experientials.
- Work on strategies to drive engagement & reach with partnerships. Showcase culture expertise & knowledge to build topicality & virality in organic content.
- Leads planning & creation for key campaigns & collaborations to engage with target consumers and to build brand imagery.
- Unlock opportunities with different content platforms to explore brand integration opportunities that help build purpose and a competitive advantage for the business.
- Create multi-format communication across brands, driving higher-than-benchmark engagement at cost efficiency.
- Continue to add to the culture network and ecosystem for Diageo; bringing outside-in thinking, leveraging relationships with content creators, influencers, publishing platforms, Bollywood and regional cinema networks, sports, music as well as art channels.
- Work closely with the brand teams to develop quarterly advocacy strategies. Be the SPOC for brands-related media and communication engagement.
- Build visibility for the marketing leadership team and establish them as key opinion leaders.
- Strategically leverage partnerships and advocacy channels for building content.
- Execute crisis communication modules to handle brand reputation risk in challenged scenarios.
- Strategize and execute a high ROI influencer strategy that aligns with the brands' platforms.
- Ensure that the campaigns help build brands voice in culture.
- Help further organization’s global agenda of building brands with purpose through: Responsible drinking, Inclusion and diversity, Sustainability.
- Be compliant with self-service platforms related to learning, communication, compliance etc.
- Maintain the product training/ awareness initiatives planned for stakeholders.
- Be willing to learn about the alco-bev ecosystem and the laws around it.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory body compliances on product first communication to ensure effective compliance.
