Job Description:KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:System AdministrationManage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.Maintain and customize standard and custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.Perform regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce releases and upgrades.Reporting & DashboardsCreate and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.Monitor data quality and implement processes for data cleansing and deduplication.Process AutomationBuild and maintain automation using Flows and DemandToolsSupport business process improvements through declarative tools, testing, and user supportProvide day-to-day support to Salesforce users across departments.Develop training materials and conduct onboarding sessions for new users.Act as the initial point of contact for Salesforce-related issues – ticket managementIntegration & App ManagementAssist with integrations between Salesforce and other business systems.Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities; configure / add new services as necessary.Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as requiredDocumentation & ComplianceMaintain system documentation, including configuration changes and user guides.Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.Support the development of a structured, standardized, and consolidated set of services that optimally support business processes and applicationsAdditional duties as assigned.Required Skills & Qualifications2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certificationsStrong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitationsProficiency in Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Reports, Dashboards)Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skillsExperience with data management, DemandTools and CRM best practicesAbout Us:Momentive Software amplifies the impact of over 30,000 purpose-driven organizations in over 30 countries.
