This role is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing our CRM and go-to-market systems to support sales, marketing, and customer success. The ideal candidate has experience managing Salesforce and related revenue technology tools, with a focus on ensuring data integrity, user adoption, and system scalability.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister, configure, and maintain Salesforce and integrated revenue tools (e.g., Marketo, Gong, Vidyard).Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.Create, maintain, and optimize workflows, automation rules, and approval processes to support business operations.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics for leadership and cross-functional teams.Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify process improvements and translate business needs into system solutions.Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across all systems.Manage inbound support tickets, triage requests, and prioritize resolution in a fast-paced environment.Communicate effectively with end users, providing timely updates, clear documentation, and training where needed.Troubleshoot system issues, manage upgrades, and liaise with vendors as needed.Document processes, configurations, and changes for ongoing system management.Conduct regular system audits and performance monitoringAssist with system-related projectsQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
