- Document and maintain accurate records of monitoring activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the command center.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, with a strong focus on monitoring and incident management.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of monitoring specialists.
- In-depth knowledge of monitoring platforms, databases, and technologies, including industry-leading tools and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and implementing monitoring strategies, with a track record of improving system performance and stability.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to IT operations and monitoring practices.
