  • Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing complex business challenges and delivering strategic insights. Experience in facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and inform transformation initiatives. Ability to develop comprehensive transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives. Skilled in utilizing consulting methodologies to drive change management and improve operational efficiency. Proficient in presenting findings and recommendations to clients, ensuring clarity and actionable outcomes.
