Key Responsibilities- Drive end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure.- Build and manage inbound & outbound sales pipelines across SMBs, enterprises, and global markets.- Develop and execute digital lead generation strategies to expand market presence.- Build and nurture a strong market network, opening new business opportunities.- Partner with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.- Own revenue targets and contribute directly to the company's growth strategy.- Represent INFODOT at industry events, conferences, and networking forums. What We Expect From You- 5-12 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing (preferably in IT Services / SaaS / Tech Consulting).- Strong understanding of digital marketing & lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, email campaigns, etc.).- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- A self-starter with the drive to achieve and exceed targets.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.- Based in Bangalore (on-site role).
