- Exhibit behaviour of “Customer Priority” – importance to clients above all things.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets of the Store.
- Greet & engage all customers, identify customer needs, provide accurate information to queries & show sincere enthusiasm.
- Effectively present the product to Customer in terms of features / benefits / applications / pricing / serviceability and demonstrate up-selling & link selling.
- Adhere to established SOP for Customer Service, VM, Store Ambience and other Store related aspects.
- Share feedback and insights on customers experience with the Store Manager to enhance the same.
- Keep track of the latest market trends, competition.
- Assist with all other duties as directed from superiors, from time to time.
- Must have 2+ years of relevant experience in Sales and Customer Service for a Luxury product.
- Must be a graduate. Degree / Diploma in Fashion is a plus.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.
- Candidate with multi designer experience is a must
- Must have Customer Service Orientation.
- Must be proactive and a keen learner.
- Must be a Team player.
