Experience: 10+ YearsAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Freelance SailPoint Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions on SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow. The trainer will be responsible for designing course content, conducting interactive sessions, and providing participants with real-time project scenarios and hands-on practice.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver comprehensive training on SailPoint (IdentityIQ / IdentityNow) covering both fundamentals and advanced topics.Develop and present training modules, labs, and real-world scenarios.Guide learners on IAM/IGA implementation best practices.Conduct interactive Q&A sessions and assessments to ensure participant learning.Share reference materials, documentation, and assignments for practice.Provide insights on use cases, troubleshooting, and integration approaches.Required Skills✅ Strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) / IdentityNow✅ In-depth knowledge of IGA, Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Certifications, Role-based Access Control (RBAC), SoD✅ Experience with workflows, policies, rules, and provisioning✅ Proficiency in Java, BeanShell scripting, XML, and APIs for customization and integration✅ Hands-on with connectors (AD, LDAP, Azure AD, Databases, SAP, SaaS apps, etc.)✅ Good understanding of Security, Risk, and Compliance frameworks✅ Excellent presentation and communication skills for training delivery
