- Manage and oversee daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and manage tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
- Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic business goals.
- Strengthen and monitor internal financial controls to maintain integrity and compliance.
- Oversee payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Support financial planning, cash flow management, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Professional qualifications such as CA, ICWA, or MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 5-7 years of proven experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or equivalent) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently while handling multiple priorities effectively.
