
Senior Key Account Manager Quick Commerce

- Own end-to-end P&L responsibility across assigned quick commerce platforms.
- Deliver aggressive GMV targets: ₹30L (Month 2), ₹60L (Month 3), ₹1Cr (Month 5).
- Develop platform-specific promotions, pricing, and discounting strategies.
- Build strong relationships with category managers to secure visibility, favorable margins, and promotional support.
- Maintain 95%+ fill rates to ensure high product availability and prevent stockouts.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams for demand forecasting, replenishment, and reduced lead times.
- Monitor dark store inventory levels, balancing availability with minimal wastage.
- Execute and optimize ad campaigns, visibility slots, and platform-led promotions.
- Improve product discoverability through enhanced titles, descriptions, keywords, and visuals.
- Use analytics to maximize CTR, conversion rates, and ROI from campaigns.
- Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Monitor KPIs such as GMV growth, fill rate, AOV, CAC, and promotion ROI.
- Provide actionable insights to improve sales performance and category rankings.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs for fulfillment, dispatches, and returns.
- Regularly audit listings, pricing, competitor benchmarks, and inventory accuracy.
- Drive continuous process improvements for efficiency and scale.
- GMV Growth: Achieve ₹1Cr+ monthly revenue milestone by Month 5.
- Fill Rate: Maintain 95%+ product availability.
- Ad Campaign ROAS: Deliver minimum 3x ROAS.
- Category Ranking: Secure Top 5 positions in target categories.
- Operational SLAs: Maintain 99%+ order accuracy and timeliness.
- 2-6 years of experience in Key Account Management, E-commerce, or FMCG Sales.
- Proven success in managing Instamart, Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon Fresh, BigBasket, or similar platforms.
- Strong negotiation, platform promotions, and P&L management skills.
- Data-driven, with expertise in platform dashboards, analytics, and campaign optimization.
- Highly organized, proactive, and driven to build and scale high-growth brands.
- Prior experience with D2C FMCG brands.
- Strong understanding of gourmet foods, healthy snacks, and grocery categories.
