2. P24 Projects- transmission related minor changes/feature addition in productize Tractors to improve market share.
3. Knowledge in Transmission system design - Gear & shaft design , housing design, Transmission layouts , bearing selections, clutch & Brake design, different type of automotive industrial material etc
4. Knowledge of Different types of Tractor Transmission viz SM, PCM, FCM, PSM,FSM ,etc their pros & cons.
5.Optimize designs to meet power, torque, and speed requirements for various tractor applications
6. Experience in Vehicle Integration, 3D layout preparation & checking
7. Knowledge of Design tools like GD&T & tolerance stack up
8. Knowledge of SOR, SOW preparation for Properierty parts like , Clutch, brake, bearings, synchronizers etc
9.Review designs or specifications provided by external suppliers.
