- Provide advice to teams facing complex technical issues within CIS

training programs and courseware based on new service offerings / solutions

- Conduct workshops at the client site to assist the sales team in sales support
- Calculate and present estimates based on high level designs to management for supporting go/ no-go decisions
- Review estimations and resource plans
- Review risk and mitigation plans
- Anchor proposal development with cross-linkages across multiple competency units and arrive at a coherent solution
- Ensure the involvement of right teams in solution design
- Ensure technical integrate ability and requirements compliance of the solution; especially in case of a multi group / multi vendor program
- Involve external partners / horizontals as appropriate
- Provide guidance to Solution Architect around usage of patterns/anti patterns in the solution
- Ensure UST architecture principles and QOA (Quality of Architecture) are maintained. Analyze trade-offs and provide recommendations
on the solution architecture. * Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements (e.g.automation and risk reduction in the transformation process * Understand the various work streams and the technologies necessary to deliver on large programs

- Requirements Management: Ability to use working knowledge of requirements management to identify deviations drive the creation of common standards such as design documents traceability matrix bridge documents analysis methodologies and solution artifacts. Partner with the customer to define their requirements / elicit requirements from solution envisioning workshop
- Architecture Concepts and Principles: Ability to use working knowledge to create architecture catering to functional and non-functional requirements reengineer existing architecture solutions under the guidance of seniors. Provide training on best practices in architecture under guidance
- IP Management: Ability to use working knowledge to build them appropriately into the overall product plan/schedules under guidance; identifying existing assets new concepts as IP
- Use knowledge of Technology Trends to identify technologies and product relevant to UST in the short term (1- 2 years) within own area and multiple areas. Forecast trends on new solutions/products/ technologies required in UST. Create and review technology roadmap for the client
- Use knowledge of Solution Structuring to carve out complex solutions/POCs for a customer based on their needs; recommending technology specific accelerators / tools for the overall solution along with optimal features e.g. time savings cost benefits
- Solution Structuring: Demonstrates specialized knowledge of service offerings and products
- Requirements Management: Working knowledge of requirements (functional / nonfunctional) requirement analysis tools (such as functional flow diagrams activity diagrams blueprint storyboard) techniques (business analysis process mapping etc.) and requirements management tools (e.g.MS Excel and application lifecycle management tools
- Architecture Concepts and Principles: Working knowledge of standard architectural principles models and perspective (e.g. TOGAF Zachman etc.) integration architecture including input and output components existing integration methodologies and topologies source and external system non functional requirements data architecture deployment architecture and architecture governance
- IP Mgmt: Working knowledge of various IP management regulations and standards; their benefits constraints and applications
