Job Title: Executive – Human Resources – Gurugram – 1–2 YearsLocation: Udyog Vihar, Phase IV, Gurugram (Work from Office)Summary:As an Executive – Human Resources, you will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Your Future Employer:Join a leading Market Research Outsourcing firm providing research solutions across 90+ countries and 22+ languages. Recruitment & Selection: Manage end-to-end hiring including resume screening, interviews, and candidate coordination.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with different departments to define recruitment needs and plan hiring strategies.
Onboarding & Exit Formalities: Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and exit processes.
HR Operations: Maintain and update personnel files and employee records.
Employee Engagement: Ensure employee satisfaction and drive productivity through effective HR practices.
KPI Tracking: Monitor recruitment KPIs like time-to-hire and time-to-fill.

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
Strong analytical skills and excellent communication (verbal & written).
Ability to work individually and in a team.
Comfortable with shift timings: 1 pm – 10 pm & 2 pm – 11 pm (during daylight savings).
Willingness to work from office (cabs provided).
